When we say we're a great place to work or that we're visionaries in the healthcare industry, we're not just tooting our own horn. Nope, that’s not how we roll. We can back up our accomplishments. Best Places to Work

Quantum Health continues to earn both local and national recognition as a great place to work. Most recently, the company was recognized the #1 Best Place to Work in Central Ohio by Columbus’ Business First as well as the 2011 Top Workplaces Winner by Inc. magazine and Winning Workplaces.

 

For the fifth year, Quantum Health was named one of Central Ohio's "Best Places to Work" in an annual contest sponsored by the publication Business First. "Best Places to Work" awards are based solely on employees' responses to a voluntary, confidential online survey and are conducted in 41 major cities across the United States. The 2011 Top Small Company Workplaces competition—an annual contest that recognizes the nation's best small and mid-sized company work environments—received hundreds of applications for the contest. Only 50 companies made the cut, including Quantum Health.

 

Industry Recognition

Quantum Health proves bigger isn't better (and small can be mighty) by making the Health Industry Research Companies' (HIRC) list of leading disease management organizations. According to HIRC's Fall 2010 report on Health and Disease Management Service, size was – until recently – a primary factor for making the list. Not anymore.

 

Now, organizations must obtain auditor's letters from respected third parties to vouch for the validity of their outcomes.

Quantum Health is one of just seven companies to meet this new, highly stringent quality standard.

In the same report, HIRC also recognized Quantum Health's solution as a Leading Employer/Third Party Administrators (TPA) Disease Management Program. Of the eight self-insured employers cited by HIRC as having a leading employer/TPA disease management program, two are Quantum Health's.

 

Visionary Award

Kara J. Trott, founder and CEO of Quantum Health, received the Visionary Award from the Columbus chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners in 2006. Each year, the Visionary Award is given to individuals who have demonstrated a vision for success for their organizations, their community and their industry.

Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year

Kara J. Trott, founder and CEO of Quantum Health, was named regional Entrepreneur of the Year in the prestigious annual Ernst & Young competition recognizing entrepreneurs in more than 40 countries. Trott was named the 2005 Entrepreneur of the Year in the Emerging Business category for the South-Central Ohio and Kentucky region.
