We provide information which is available on our secure website on a real-time, on-demand basis. Your HR/benefits team will have the ability to select the data they want to see on their dashboard, select reports they can run on a regular basis and create ad-hoc reports. What’s more, each team member can select different information and reports to display on their dashboard.

We also provide employers with a detailed quarterly analysis of all activity, metrics, trends and patterns. The goal of this analysis is to understand how members are using healthcare and wellness services, where opportunities exist strategically for improvement, and to measure performance and effectiveness. The report includes measurement of standard utilization metrics and financial analysis.
